Due to the nature of our rental service, we do not offer refunds. However, in-store exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:
• You notify us within 24 hours of your initial try-on or pickup.
• The dress has not been worn outside the store, is clean, undamaged, and all tags remain intact.
• Exchanges can be made for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Rental Terms
By renting from Bridal Bloom Rentals, you agree to the following:
• The rental duration is 4–7 days from the date of pickup.
• Late returns are subject to a 15,000 FRS per day late fee.
• Any irreparable damage, loss, or stains will result in a replacement charge up to 5x the rental value.
• Dresses must be returned in the original garment bag provided.
• All try-ons and pickups are by appointment only—no walk-ins.
Plan your fitting and pickup 3–4 weeks before your wedding or event to ensure your preferred gown is available.

Deposit Policy
A fully refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental.
• Standard deposit: 50% of the dress rental price
• Deposit will be returned in full once the dress is inspected and returned in original condition.
• If damages, stains, or loss occur, the deposit will be applied toward repair or replacement costs.
No rentals will be released without a paid deposit.

Cleaning Fee Information
Bridal Bloom Rentals handles all professional cleaning after use.
• No cleaning fee is charged if the dress is returned in standard condition.
• Excessive stains (makeup, food, mud, etc.) may incur a cleaning surcharge ranging from 5,000–20,000 FRS, depending on severity.
• Please avoid using body oils or spray tans that can permanently stain delicate fabrics.
Our gowns are always steamed, sanitized, and ready to wear for the next bride.
